Our commitment: Any catalog information, royalty statements, or financial data you share with us is treated as strictly confidential. We will never disclose your information to other artists, industry parties, or third parties without your explicit permission.
Submitting your catalog for valuation requires sharing sensitive financial information — royalty statements, income figures, ownership splits, and distribution data. We understand that this information is private, commercially sensitive, and in many cases subject to agreements with co-writers, labels, and publishers.
This page sets out exactly how Delta Juliet handles the information you share with us, and the protections we maintain.
Our confidentiality commitment covers all non-public information you share with us in connection with a potential catalog acquisition, including:
Access to your catalog information within Delta Juliet is limited strictly to the individuals involved in evaluating and negotiating your deal. We do not share catalog submissions across our portfolio or use one artist's information to inform offers to others.
We will not share your information with any third party — including other music rights buyers, publishers, labels, or investors — without your explicit prior written consent.
The only exceptions to this are:
Royalty statements and financial documents submitted through our website are processed via Netlify's encrypted form infrastructure and stored in access-controlled systems. We do not print or physically distribute your documents. Uploaded files that do not result in a transaction are deleted within 30 days of the evaluation period closing.
Confidentiality in our relationship works both ways. Any offer we communicate to you — including indicative valuations, multipliers, or deal terms — is intended for your personal consideration only and should not be shared publicly or with other potential buyers. We ask for the same discretion in return for the protections we extend to you.
If you would prefer to have a formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place before sharing any information with us, we are happy to arrange this. Our standard NDA is governed by Danish law and is typically signed within one business day of request.
To request a formal NDA before submitting your catalog details, please contact us at contact@delta-juliet.com with the subject line "NDA Request".
Where a catalog acquisition completes, the financial terms of the transaction (the purchase price and deal structure) remain confidential between the parties unless both sides agree in writing to disclose them. We do not publish deal values, announce acquisitions without consent, or share your name in marketing materials without your explicit permission.
If you have any questions about how we handle your information, or if you wish to raise a concern, please contact us directly at contact@delta-juliet.com. We take these matters seriously and will respond promptly.
