Traditional buyers take months. We issue a binding offer within 5 days of receiving your royalty statements. None of the typical delays or prolonged negotiations.

🇪🇺

Genuine EU compliance

Registered in Denmark. All contracts governed by EU IP law and the Berne Convention. GDPR-compliant data handling.

🧩

Flexible deal structure

Sell all or part of your catalog. Add a buyback clause that lets you reclaim your rights within an agreed period. Every deal is modular.

📐

Transparent pricing

No opaque asset evaluations. Not a mystery, not subject to downward revision after a long process. The math behind our offers is easily explainable and verifiable.

🌍

European base. Worldwide focus

We are based in Copenhagen and prioritise European markets. Local currency, local law, local understanding. However, don't worry if you are based outside of Europe. European law is very artist-friendly and will provide you with a legal safety net that you are unlikely to find in many other territories.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

We use industry-standard valuation methods such as a purchase multiple based on yearly revenue and discounted cash flow models for more recent catalogue. We review historical royalty performance, ownership structure and transferability.

No. We offer full and partial transfers. You can sell a percentage of specific tracks, retain your most recent releases, or sell master rights while keeping publishing. Every deal structure has a clear price implication, which we explain before you decide.

A buyback clause gives you the right — but not the obligation — to repurchase the transferred rights within an agreed period (typically 2–5 years) at a pre-agreed price. The premium reflects the time value and our administration costs. It provides a safety net without undermining the transaction.

For an initial estimate: 1–3 years of royalty statements from your label, distributor or collection society. No full metadata inventory or third-party formal valuation is required.

Yes. We work with heirs and estates as well as original creators. The process requires additional documentation confirming legal authority to transfer rights, but this is standard. Given our legal background, we can guide you through what is needed.

Genuinely: yes, and we encourage it. Our contracts are designed to be fair and clear — but you should always have independent representation for any rights transfer. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

We realise that the buying and selling of music rights requires trust on both sides. We love to get to know our business partners and are available for calls and online meetings upon request. Just drop us a line.
