Is this a loan or a sale?
This is a purchase of rights/royalty interests (a sale). You receive a lump-sum payment upon closing against the transfer of rights in perpetuity.
How do you determine the offer?
We review historical royalty performance, ownership structure, and transferability. We aim for a fast, transparent process based on the information provided.
Do you buy partial rights?
Yes. We can acquire only the share you want to sell, subject to transferability and documentation.
When do I get paid?
Payment is made promptly after signing and completion of the agreed transfer steps. We use secure, traceable payment methods. The full process rarely takes more than a week.
How does the buyback option work?
Should you wish to retain the option of buying back your rights at a later point in time, we will include this in the contract and offer a price that takes the buyback option into account.
What information do you need?
